Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026
Any homeowner who contacts Strugglingservices Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to send a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks confusing or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Strugglingservices Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@strugglingservices.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
